Tracy Hamilton is the founding and Senior pastor of Impact Church, formally Tri-County Worship Center. Tracy has been serving in ministry since 1985. He began in ministry as a Youth Pastor serving in Anderson, SC and Pinellas Park, FL. While serving as Youth Pastor, he was called to be a church planter and planted his first church in York, PA.  In 1992, God began to work out the details and presented the opportunity for him to plant TCWC Church in Seneca, SC.  TCWC Church held its first service in 1993 and has been moving forward ever since. 

Several Years ago, conversations were started about changing the name of the church. It wasn't until 2021, in the wake of Covid and the loss of his first wife Shannon, Pastor Tracy and the Elders of the church again felt a call from God. The call was simple – it’s a new season! Just as Abram became Abraham and Saul became Paul, a name change was in order for the church as well as we entered into this new season. And so, Impact Church was born!

Since serving as pastor, he has traveled to over 16 countries with various mission trips, pastor conferences, and hosting tour groups in Israel.  Pastor Tracy believes the local church is the hope of the world and has invested in being part of Oconee County, numerous events, and community service throughout the years.

Tracy and his wife Renee were married in October 2022 and have been blessed with two daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
