As executive pastor of operations of Impact Church, Jacob Queen leads the organization through serving staff by helping bring the vision of the church to life. Under the leadership of Pastor Tracy Hamilton, Jacob is the church's primary business manager and leads the church's operations in support of the church ministries. 

Jacob became a part of the church in 2006, volunteering in youth ministry and serving as service coordinator. He leads devotionals for the serve teams, taught family classes as well as preaches and ministers. 

Jacob holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Anderson University. Earlier in his career, he has worked as a youth pastor, college recruiter, and director of admission and operation. 

Jacob and his wife Aleca where married in 2006 and have two children: Jackson and Elijah.
