As Office Manager at Impact Church, Marly serves in a variety of ways. Under the leadership of the Executive Pastor of Operations, Marly assists with schedules, assessments, and tasks in coordinating to support the church.

Marly became a part of the church in 2018 and joined the staff in 2019. Marly has been in ministry for over 18 years, enjoying opportunities to serve in children’s and youth ministry, as well as different roles in women’s ministry. Marly served on staff at a local church as the Pastor of Staff and Elder Development, she has served as the Executive Director of a local pregnancy care center, and had a floral design business in her earlier years. She served at Leath Correctional Institute for over four years providing a women’s Bible study for the ladies at the prison. She currently leads her own nonprofit, The Leah Project, which assists women in finding their place in ministry. Marly is also also a board member of Christ Central Ministries Oconee.

She graduated from Liberty University in 2018 with a degree in Psychology.

Marly and her husband Brian were married in 1996 and, they have two children: Dylan and Brady.
