WHY SERVE

In our core, we desire to be known and valued. To be known allows one to surpass the discomfort of being in an unfamiliar place. It allows the individual to feel safe and facilitates connection with others. As we demonstrate this hospitality, it confirms that not only do we care, but that the God we represent sees them, knows them, and loves them. This action of hospitality ensures the person visiting that he or she is of great value as God's child.

Impact Church has a serving opportunity for you!  You bring something special to our church family.  We have a serving opportunity for your personality, skill set, season, and schedule, no matter your age or stage of life. 

SERVE TEAM

Serve team volunteers focus on welcoming and serving guests. Whether it is providing a tour of the facilities, assisting with parking and directions, or answering questions about next steps, the serve team makes each guest feel special. Serve team offers you a wide variety of opportunities to connect and serve before, during, and after Sunday gatherings.

CREATIVE TEAM

If you love music or production, then the creative team is for you!

Production assists the congregation in engaging through the sense of audio, video, and lighting. Creative Team has opportunities for you to serve during Sunday service, TCWC Kids, Crave Student Ministry, and special events.  

If music is your passion, TCWC Worship Team is always looking for musicians and vocalists who love to connect God and people through music.

Impact Students

Impact Students is where middle school and high school students come together to learn more about God and who he has called them to be. Impact Students has serve opportunities on Sunday evenings during our weekly service as well as at other events throughout the year.

Impact Kids is a children's ministry that is designed with kids in mind. Kids are able to learn about God and how they have been called while in a fun and safe environment. As an Impact Kids volunteer you will have the opportunity to serve babies, preschoolers, and elementary-age kids.  There a multiple opportunities for you to serve on Sunday's as well as during the week. No matter where you serve you will be a part of creating a safe, fun, and exciting environment designed for kids!

SECURITY TEAM

The Security Team is designed to assist people in operating in a safe environment.  It is our desire and goal to keep everyone safe while they express the freedom of worshiping with us. We utlize specific software and incorparate specific strategies each time people are engaged in worship. If you are interested in becoming part of the security team please complete the application.
